Leaking downpipe

We were more than satisfied with Ben of Ben's Guttering. He checked the rest of our gutters while he was waiting for the resin to set on the leaking downpipe repair. He cleared some substantial foliage from the gutter at the rear of our garage which is difficult to access and can only be reached by crawling over the garage roof. This was very much appreciated as it wasn't in the original job description and meant he spent more time than the hour quoted for. There was no additional charge.
