"Communication was great at the start but deteriorated towards the end of the project. Got to the stage where we had to threaten to take an amount off the bill for every day that the job wasn’t finished. It was only then that the job was completed. When initially installed they though the finished product in the photo was acceptable. Then had to pay extra for a flashing to be added to the bottom. Brick work along the top also had to be re-done as they did not match the existing cement."

"Please be very careful when asking for a quote. We were quoted 2 1/2 hours. Job completed in under one hour. We accept half an hour for travel so all at one and a half hours. Ask for the cowl to have netting so birds not try and make nests in and come down our chimney. We did not get that Cowl had no netting. Communication was very poor had to contact builders crack because I was not getting any response and had accepted they do the job. Just be aware of how they quote the job."
