hi I am a builder at 30 years of age I have had about 15 years experience.. as a kid i helped my father build a lot of our own homes from starting the foundation to doing all the finshing touches before hand back date iv also had 7 years experience n prenailing house frames and pressing trusses for itm in Avondale I always strive for perfection as I feel everything I do once can only be done better next time ..I recently done house maintenence for housing new zealand based in east auckland I was a sub contractor for swish housing this was a contract I held for the last 5 year's an basiclly jus want a change things up a bit. .. I am very flexible with payment days and hours I have to work as I know what I am capable of doing and how fast I can complete it
