Stephen was very good at communicating to secure the job and he turned up quickly. He completed most of the job in one day but there was some misunderstanding around plastering the steps which he agreed to come back and finish later (at additional cost). There was some issues with payment, and since this has been resolved (?) Stephen hasn't replied to confirm the payment or time to complete the job. Pretty disappointing result considering the first impressions were good.
