Hi Im Geoff, i set up business almost 3 years ago now based on the north shore but have since moved to dairy flat on a lifestyle block, i enjoy work, the lifestyle block and personal life balance and although i am getting plenty of work i would ideally like to be doing more work closer to home.
before setting up in business i have worked for a builder, a Cabinet maker and a Civil construction company
the work we do is a mix of mainly:
renovation work (bathroom, kitchen paint carpet) where no RBW is required
some outdoor work, including retaining walls upto 1M high, decks upto 1m off ground, fences, and small paving or concrete laying jobs
and all handyman work including (but not limited to) minor repairs of damage such as holes in walls, broken doors, broken window catch replacement or installation, installing letterboxes etc etc
painting and plastering
waterblasting, we have an extendable wand to water blast upto two stories high.
we can also project manage and take care of all subtrades required (or you can do that yourself if prefered) such as plumbers, electricians, carpet layers etc
please note we have a minimum charge of 3 hours but our hourly rate is only $50+gst per hour which means we are still affordable for the smaller jobs.
