Transformation of Remuera's famous 1860's Cotter House. Complete remodel from top to bottom with a 200m2 extension compromising of a new games room and bar, kitchen and scullery, new concrete pool and suspended deck with new four car garage.
Remuera Renovation
1970's Retro architecture fully renovated into a modern family home with the addition of a theatre, swimming pool and new two-story guest pavillion to the rear. Featuring a new designer kitchen with scullery, hotel like bathrooms, beautiful outdoor entertaining area this renovation pulled the property out of the 'everything brown 70's' and into a light and fun summer haven.
