Project description
These owners needed a more functional kitchen/dining space.
The existing kitchen was a very small space, it had very little storage and no pantry. There was a partition wall between the kitchen and living room that made it feel like a very tight space.
We removed the original kitchen and partition wall to make an open plan kitchen. We removed the hot water cylinder and got it moved under the house and used the space to create a pantry, which the original kitchen lacked.
We removed the carpet on the living room side of the partition, to allow space for a dining area.
