Project description

A property with serious neglect, water damage, and serious rot. I was originally asked to tidy up the bathroom and replaced weatherboards where needed.
After further inspection I noticed water under the house which was a huge factor into the rot and damp issues.

I ended up pulling the side of the house down, and rebuilding it, was a great rewarding project within the clients budget.
