Project description

This stunning architectural home features cedar shiplap cladding, textured brick work with bagging finish, and a block work basement. The exterior cedar louvres offer privacy, shade and direct the owner's view toward the ocean. Kwila decking connects the inside to the outdoors with a seamless flow, and the custom aluminium joinery frames the view from every room.

As the on-site foreman during this build, Greg managed both internal and external construction. This home had every detail covered from the steel and block foundations, to the retaining walls that framed the landscaping for the gardens.
