Project description

In this project our clients were sick of the sight of their bottom storey floor and wanted an updated look to match the top storey weatherboards.

The original cladding being asbestos we had organised a specialised subcontractor to demo and takeaway the old cladding.

Once opened up we ran into a lot of rot in the external framing to which we replaced everything that was needed including two new double glazed windows.

We then wrapped the building in building paper, added in a cavity system allowing the building to breathe a lot better.

Finished off with a new weatherboard look with facings to windows and doors scribers cut in and all sealed watertight.
