Project description

In this recently completed project, our client wanted to replace the old pine deck out the back with a beautiful Kwila hardwood deck just in time for summer.

This deck sits only 350mm above finished ground level, with an old concrete patio being the foundation under the deck.
This worked out great for our clients as we were able to save them money by installing a subfloor system with NuraJack.
Instead of having to concrete posts in!

As well as all new framing underneath and all new bolts, fixings and nails only using stainless steel as it stands the test of time in the elements.

We laid 140x19mm smooth kwila decking with 75mm stainless steel bugle head screws.
