Project description

The clients wanted a separate 'space' (which ended up being a 2nd Dwelling as planning rules permitted it) for their mother to live, whilst also adding on to the main existing dwelling to make it a 4 bedroom 2 bath room home.

Best thing about this project so far, was the following feedback from the client:
"Thank you so much Sam, this is making me teary looking at how beautiful this will look."

We are now moving forward to the building consent stage, so watch this space!
