We are proud to share with you this stunning 245sqm eco friendly home. It was cleverly designed, locating the large open plan living area, and two of the four bedrooms on the first floor, to take in the vast views of the estuary, Southern Alps and the Kaikouras.
The covered alfresco area on the first floor is easily accessible from both the living space, and the lower level, making entertaining a breeze.
