Full Character Home Renovation – St Leonards, Hastings
This project involved a complete renovation and internal reconfiguration of a character home in St Leonards, Hastings, transforming the layout to better suit modern living while preserving the home’s original charm.
The renovation included the installation of a new kitchen and two fully renovated wet-floor bathrooms, designed for both style and functionality. We also reconfigured the internal layout of the home, improving the flow between living spaces and bedrooms.
An extension built into the existing porch area created additional usable space and enhanced the overall layout of the home.
To restore the character features, the original matai flooring was carefully sanded and refinished, bringing warmth and authenticity back to the interior. The project was completed with a full interior and exterior repaint, giving the home a fresh new look while maintaining its heritage appeal.
