Project description
Extension & Renovation of 1920's bungalow
New living room extension with terraced deck to access backyard. New Entrance incorporated in design. New kitchen with existing walls removed to open up space. New walk-in wardrobe to master bedroom.
Worked with Structure Engineer to design 'bridging' over existing public drain pipe.
Construction starts late 2023
