Project description

Solid Nordic Spruce log home with walls 140mm thick with 220x140 ceiling joists, 90x28mm T&G ceilings downstairs & upstairs with 90x28mm T&G flooring upstairs.
Added to an existing home in Waitati, Dunedin.
The Asphalt Shingle roof was part of the kitset along with the Rehau uPVC windows and doors.
