Exsiting soil stack to be lifted up and AV valve to be installed

Exsiting pan connector restricting flow

Stack lifted and AV valve added

New install waste altered and lifted to sute outlet of pan

Waste pipe for toilet lifted to correct height and ucon pan connector installed

Project description

Onwer complaining that Toilet had been blocking constantly.
This was due to the offset in the pan connector.
