OTARAUA PARK
Otaraua Park is an upcoming community development in Otaihanga, marked by two key structures: the Clubroom Pavilion and the Amenities Block. The Clubroom Pavilion boasts a timber portal frame structure complemented by lightweight timber bracing. In contrast, the Amenities Block features a robust masonry shear wall construction. The buildings are interconnected through an aluminum pergola. Essen Engineering has undertaken detailed structural design and documentation of the two buildings.

OKAUTETE MARAE
The Okautete Marae is an upcoming Wharetipuna community building in Masterton. The structure is predominantly a light timber braced wall building with steel beams supported on a reinforced concrete foundation. Essen Engineering have undertaken a detailed design of the project.
