Snapped torsion cable led to the garage door collapsing and damaging panels. Repaired the dents in the panels, replaced broken hinges and cables, retighten the springs and general maintenance for the door and automatic opener.

Another door carefully straightened, broken hinges and cables replaced. Recommendations given to optimise the garage door performance in the future.

Brand new single garage door and Merlin automatic opener installed on Saturday morning.

Retrofit insulation to black North-facing garage door to create a liveable home-office space in the garage.

The owner was quoted several thousand dollars for the new unit installed. We have dismantled the faulty arm motor, refurbished in our workshop and re-installed several days later with 6 months warranty for a fraction of the competitor's price.
