For this rental property, we completed:
✔ Full exterior house wash
✔ Sanding and surface preparation
✔ Resene Anti Rust on exposed metal
✔ Filling cracks and holes
✔ Applying flexible exterior silicone to gaps
✔ Installing flat soakers to help reduce future cracking between weatherboards
✔ 1 coat of Resene Quick Dry Primer
✔ 2 finish coats using the Resene paint system (Sonyx 101, Lumbersider & Lustacryl)
