Luxury Residential New Build – Kāpiti Coast

Project description

Project management of a large-scale residential build just under 500m², including coordination of a swimming pool with swim jet system, approximately 450m² of decking, and 700m² of decorative concrete driveway works.

Managed the project through planning, consultant coordination, contractor management, procurement, scheduling, quality control, and completion, ensuring all aspects of the build were delivered to a high standard.
