Remove all moss, lichen, dirt, and other built-up debris from the mortar on all ridge and hip tiles.
* Thoroughly clean all affected areas to prepare the surface.
* Carry out pointing repairs to all ridge and hip mortar where required, ensuring a neat and durable point works finish
