Project: TPO Membrane Internal Gutter Replacement
Location: Kawerau District Library

This project involved removing the existing bitumen membrane from the internal gutter and installing a new TPO membrane roofing system.

The gutter surface was thoroughly cleaned and prepared before installation. The new TPO membrane was fully bonded using the appropriate adhesive, with all laps heat welded to create a strong, watertight seal. Corners, joints, penetrations, and all detailing were completed to a high professional standard to ensure long-term waterproof performance.

The completed internal gutter measured approximately 25 metres in length and 900 mm in width. The project was completed with a strong focus on quality workmanship, durability, and attention to detail, delivering a high-standard finish that meets professional roofing practices.
