Project description

This project is quite complicated.There are two layers retaining walls as the slope is big and there is existing houses up the hill. Therefore the sodier wall was built first wiht 53 concrete fils 5.8 meter deep from the ground level. the excavation was carried out after the sodier wall done. Then we build another timber retaining wall 2.2 high above the ground floor level.
Also we made wall frame and middle frame onsite except the truss to save the cost for the investor.
As there is a minor dwelling, a lot of passive fire protection invoved that really challenge to our team. We have managed and built house in the whole process. At the same time, a lot of minor variations were done with council inspectors. This project is nearly completed. we will apply CCC for the owner after finall inspection.
