Project Overview
We tackled a specialized pool maintenance job where the original steel coping track had completely rusted out, compromising the structure and liner seal. To ensure a lifetime fix, we custom-bent a brand-new aluminum profile on-site and successfully replaced the degraded metal track.

What We Did:
Rust Removal & Prep: Carefully stripped out the old, heavily rusted steel metal profile without damaging the existing pool structure or liner.

Custom Aluminum Fabrication: Precision-bent a high-grade, rust-resistant aluminum profile to perfectly match the radius and contours of the pool edge.

Advanced Sealing: Installed the new aluminum track with a heavy-duty rubber gasket/seal fitted inside to guarantee a completely watertight finish and protect against future leaks.

Corrosion-Proof Upgrade: Swapping steel for aluminum ensures the pool edge is now completely immune to chemical and water corrosion.

The Result: A seamless, rock-solid repair that looks factory-original but functions much better against water and pool chemicals than the original build.
