Project description

The design for this three-story 4-unit development focused on compact living while maintaining generous spaces and smart living through cleverly designed living areas and multi-functional spaces with ample storage.

Each unit was carefully designed with private ground-floor outdoor spaces and balconies to take advantage of natural light and ventilation alongside large windows and open-plan living areas that maintain a sense of spaciousness.

The units incorporated features such as energy-efficient appliances, smart home technology, and sustainable materials, ensuring that the homes were both environmentally friendly and cost-effective for residents.
