Project description

This new architectural build was delivered by M2 Build from the ground up, with full project management across all stages of construction.
The project presented a high level of complexity due to the stepped topography of the site, requiring careful planning, precise set-out, and coordination of staged construction works. Foundation design, structural elements, and floor levels were all tailored to suit the changing levels, ensuring the build integrated seamlessly with the natural contours of the section.
Through detailed management of subcontractors, programme sequencing, and site logistics, the project was executed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. The finished result is a well-crafted architectural home that responds to its environment and showcases quality construction throughout.
