Lower hutt renovation

Project description

This renovation in central Lower Hutt involved a full strip-out of the lower level, removing all existing linings and internal elements back to the framing.
We constructed new internal walls, installed new interior doors, upgraded insulation, and completed new wall linings throughout. The project included a new kitchen with adjoining scullery, along with a fully renovated laundry.
The works were completed with the addition of a large exterior deck, enhancing the home’s functionality and creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection.
