We’ve recently completed another house repile and relevel in Palmerston North, restoring the property back to a safe, level, and structurally sound foundation.
Over time, original timber piles can deteriorate due to age, moisture, and ground movement, often leading to uneven floors, sticking doors and windows, and cracking throughout the home . This project involved removing the failed piles and installing new compliant foundations to bring the house back into line.
The end result is a significantly improved structure with:
