Heat Pump Installation & Healthy Homes Upgrade

Project description

An overseas investor engaged us to carry out a pre-purchase inspection for the property. After arranging access with the sales agent, we completed a full inspection and provided a detailed report outlining the work required to meet the Healthy Homes Standards.
Following settlement, we carried out the upgrade work, including installing a Haier C5.0kW / H5.5kW heat pump and issuing an Electrical Certificate of Compliance.
We also repositioned the ceiling insulation to ensure continuous coverage and proper performance.
The property is now fully compliant with Healthy Homes Standards, and both the owner and property management company were very pleased with the result.
