Project description

RSE Accommodation Conversion – Twyford

This project involved converting an existing orchard farmhouse in Twyford into compliant accommodation for RSE (Recognised Seasonal Employer) workers. The goal was to transform the older building into a practical and commercially viable facility for seasonal staff.

The renovation included new commercial bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, and multiple bunk rooms, all designed to meet the required RSE accommodation standards and regulations.

Designed by Scope View Projects, the building was upgraded to ensure it was safe, functional, and fully compliant for worker accommodation. This project was one of three accommodation buildings completed for the client, and part of a wider programme of 12 projects we delivered for the company.
