Airbnb Studio Build – Havelock North
We built this self-contained studio in Havelock North as a stylish Airbnb accommodation for our client. The goal was to create a compact yet comfortable space that felt private, modern, and welcoming for guests.
The project was designed by Kaituna Architecture and fully consented through Hastings District Council, ensuring everything met the required building standards.
The finished result is a beautiful, functional studio that blends seamlessly with the existing property while offering its own independence and charm.
Interestingly, once the project was complete, the client’s daughter loved the space so much that she decided to move in and make it her own — a great testament to how comfortable and well-designed the studio turned out.
