Project description

This project involved converting part of an existing warehouse into internal office spaces.

Our scope included constructing timber framing for multiple offices and a mezzanine level inside the warehouse structure. The framing layout was designed to maximise usable workspace while maintaining access and structural stability within the existing building.

• Internal timber wall framing
• Mezzanine floor structure framing
• Door openings and office layout framing
• Structural beam and support installation
• Preparation for lining and office fit-out
This type of project requires careful planning to integrate new timber structures within an existing commercial warehouse environment.
