Project description

We worked closely with the client throughout the design and consent phase of the project to ensure the proposed refurbishment met both their requirements and regulatory obligations. A building consent was required to convert the existing bath into a fully tiled shower, and this was incorporated into the project planning.

The refurbishment includes the installation of new Rondo ceiling systems with LED downlights, full removal of the bathroom and kitchen and replacement of wall linings where required. We upgraded plumbing and electrical servicess and installed new cabinetry in the kitchen with a bamboo benchtop. We also installed a custom cabinet to raise the washing machine. Works covered the bathroom, kitchen, living area, and bedroom, including new fixtures, fittings, finishes, and appliances.

The project has been designed to modernise the unit, improve functionality, and deliver a high-quality, durable finish throughout.
