Earthworks complete, complex foundations, piles and retaining all coming together.

A fresh ground level slab. After the block work come the frames.

Foundations and floors complete, now for the frames.

Next comes the roof.

Next thing you know the roof is on. We do all our own roofing.

A good size deck with a spectacular outlook. Half of this deck is a floating deck above a membrane roof.

This project was two new houses on a rear section. The site was tight and had to be heavily excavated, all new services run and a considerable amount of timber pole and waterproofed concrete block retaining. Once the ground works were completed and foundations poured, the houses flew together and look fantastic.
