40m² Sleepout – Full Build

Project description

Recently completed a 40m² sleepout for a client, built to a high standard and fully compliant with the Building Code. The project included site preparation, foundations, framing, cladding, roofing, insulation, internal linings, doors, windows, and finishing work.
The sleepout was constructed using quality materials with a strong focus on durability, weather tightness, and a clean, modern finish. The client wanted a functional and comfortable extra living space, and the project was completed on time with great attention to detail.
