Full Post-Renovation Deep Clean – Restored Villa
Project description
This charming old villa had been in a severely run-down state and was even scheduled for demolition before being saved and beautifully renovated.
Once the renovation work was complete, we were brought in to carry out a full end-of-renovation clean to prepare the home for its next chapter.
Multiple trades had been through the property — builders, plumbers, electricians, flooring installers — leaving behind the typical post-construction mess: dust, debris, paint marks, and footprints throughout. Our job was to deliver a detailed, top-to-bottom clean and bring every space up to a move-in ready standard.

1 bathroom
1 kitchen
3 bedrooms
1 living room
Interior & exterior windows
Self contained unit separate from house
Condition on arrival:
Heavy construction dust throughout all rooms
Kitchen surfaces, cabinetry, and appliances coated in fine dust
Bathroom and vinyl flooring marked with muddy footprints
Window glass, frames, and sills with dried paint splatters and dust buildup
Door frames, skirting boards, switches, and ledges needing a full detail clean
Work completed:
Thorough dusting and wipe-down of all surfaces (walls, ledges, trims, skirting boards)
Full clean of kitchen including benchtops, splashback, cabinetry (inside & out) and appliances
Deep clean of bathroom surfaces, fixtures, shower, toilet, mirrors, and flooring
Detailed bedroom and living area cleans, including cupboard interiors, tracks, corners, and edges
Vacuuming and mopping of all hard floors using proper products to protect new surfaces
Removal of muddy footprints, dust layers, and adhesive residue
Cleaning interior & exterior windows, including frames, sills, and tracks
Careful removal of dried paint from glass without damaging new joinery
Final walkthrough to ensure the home was spotless and presentation-ready
Result:
The villa was left fresh, clean, and completely dust-free — a polished finish that allowed the newly renovated spaces to shine. The homeowners were extremely happy with the result and were able to list the home for rent straight away.
