Project description

The client initially noticed a few wasps flying around the roofline of their home and suspected the nest might be located in the guttering. After carrying out a full inspection, we identified that the situation was more serious than first thought.
The wasp nest was actually located inside the roof void, in a very tight and hard-to-reach area, with a high level of wasp activity. The nest itself was large, measuring approximately 60cm in size, which increased the risk and complexity of the job.
Due to the limited access and safety risks, we put together a professional treatment plan to resolve the issue safely and effectively. This involved three targeted wasp treatments to fully neutralise the colony before attempting any physical removal.
Once all wasp activity had stopped, we carefully removed the nest from inside the roof void without causing any damage to the roof or structure. After completion, we showed the client before-and-after photos and videos, along with the removed nest itself.
The client was very satisfied with the outcome, especially with how quickly and safely the issue was handled. The job was treated as an urgent situation, and the property is now completely wasp-free and safe.
