Project description

Full house renovation from interior to exterior. Various works have been completed, including:

- Main house: full interior and exterior painting, bathroom renovation
- Conversion of a sunroom into a bedroom
- Garage demolition
- Deck grinding and painting
- Granny flat: carpet replacement, painting, complete kitchen and bathroom renovation
- Sleep-out: new flooring, interior and exterior painting, and window replacement
- Installation of new gutters for both the main house and the sleep-out
- Replacement of the heat pump with a higher-capacity system
