Repiling in Expansive Soils Auckland

Project description

Another successful repile project completed in Cockle Bay by the CCS team. We replaced the original shallow piles with deeper 2.5m piles to effectively address the challenges posed by expansive Auckland clays, a common issue faced by many homeowners. A special thanks to Soil and Rock Geotech and Southeys for collaborating with us on this project. Together, we're strengthening foundations and ensuring lasting stability.
