TE TUPE
A commercial development housing multi-unit industrial complex consisting of concrete precast panels with steel roof braces. Each aspect of the development has been carefully crafted to harmonize with the surrounding environment while meeting the diverse needs of the industrial occupants.

BRADFORD STREET
Located in the heart of Paraparaumu, Bradford Street is a commercial development consisting of open retail, offices and storage. Essen Engineering undertook the detailed design of the structure consisting of precast panels and steel portal frames.
