Completed job: corrosion beneath the flashings treated and protected – roof restored for long-term durability

Project description

Customer approached with multiple roof leaks – iron confirmed sound with plenty of life left. Lead nails upgraded to storm washer screws, rust treated to extend roof lifespan, and new back trays installed. Provided a 10-year warranty in line with building code – a cost-effective solution to restore the roof without full replacement
