We recently completed a significant foundation repair project in the heart of Remuera, addressing ongoing movement caused by Auckland's expansive clays. Our team replaced 60 piles, each up to 900mm, along with bearers and conducted a partial relevel. This essential work ensures the house is now on a solid footing for many years to come.
