Repair rotten cladding/framing

Project description

This section had significant water damage and rot, affecting both the structure and look of the wall. We removed the damaged boards, repaired the framing, added new building wrap, and installed fresh weatherboards to match the original style. Now it’s ready for paint—and just in time to get the heat pump reinstalled before the winter chill sets in!
