In Whitford, Auckland, we undertook a residential flashing replacement project that involved several key steps to ensure a comprehensive solution. We began by removing the existing tiles and installing a larger flashing to improve water management and prevent leaks. After the new flashing was in place, we reinstalled the concrete tiles, followed by a fresh coat of paint to enhance both the protection and appearance of the roof. The meticulous process not only addressed the immediate flashing issues but also revitalised the roof, ensuring long-lasting durability and a refreshed look.
