- LED Downlights and Lighting Upgrade
- Outdoor Lighting Upgrade
- Addition of 2x Outdoor Sensor Lighting
- Addition of 2x Outdoor Powerpoints
- Addition of 1x 5.0kW Heat Pump Unit
- Addition of 1x Bathroom PowerPoint and 1x Heated Towel Rail
- Addition of 1x 3-in-1 Bathroom Fan Unit.
- Addition of 1x 60cm Stainless Canopy Rangehood.
- Addition of 1x Security systems by Arrowhead Alarm
- Addition of new 6mm2 Power Feed for new Electric cooktop / oven.
- Kitchen Remodelling.
- Electrical Check-over and Sign off.
