Electrical Renovation / Updating
1959 House build - Switchboard Upgrade and Partial Re-Wire - Replaced Existing Switchboard Enclosure and MCB breakers (Non-compliant) and added Full RCBO protection to all Lights and Power circuits - Replaced all non-compliant wiring - Replaced all old style Trigger Switches powerpoints - Replaced all old style Triggle Switches light switches - Replaced all old light fittings to LED - Installed 5kw Haier heat pump - Installed 3x PIR security alarm system - Installed new extraction fan, bathroom heater and heated towel rail - Added powerpoint for toilet - Added 2x powerpoint per bedroom - Relocated TV aerial to a more user friendly area in the lounge No holes made on the wall :). We’re not plasterers afterall. CoV, CoC/ESC issued. House is now up and running.
Rangehood replacement
Rangehood replacement Old rangehood is failing (intermittent fault) and customer opted to replace with a stronger unit without removing cabinet. Modified existing cabinet and used existing side vent exhaust outlet.
Electrical Renovation
2006 house build - Kept existing switchboard and updated all MCB breakers to RCBO - Changed all downlights and exterior lights to LED units - Installed Recessed TV outlet box (Power and TV aerialn outlet) and mounted 75” TV to the wall - Replaced Rangehood, Stove and Oven - Replaced all Powerpoints and Light Switches to PDL600s - Installed Mitsubishi Ducted System install with 5 air outlets (Individually fed from switchboard) - Installed SWANN 6x Camera CCTV install with Wi-Fi CoC/ESC issued on work done
