House alterations of 3 removal houses (March 2024 - April 2024)

Project description

The client, a developer, purchased three houses for substantial alterations, which included overhauling the entire structure according to architectural plans and replacing all rotten timber, windows, and water-damaged floors.

The houses were located at the company yard from which they were purchased, so noise complaints were not a concern.

Our process began with demolition, removing all the walls and doors that needed replacement. We then framed the new structures using a combination of reclaimed timbers from the demolition and new materials.

Next, we replaced all the water-damaged flooring, installing 20 full sheets of 18mm plywood.

We also demolished and rebuilt the rotten bathroom flooring and framing with new timbers.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and is eager to tackle similar future projects. The client was extremely pleased with our workmanship and professionalism, and we have become their first-choice builder team.
