Project description

From February to September 2023, we undertook a project involving cavity battens, flashings, and the final cladding at Glen Innes, working under the main contractor, JALCON Construction. The project utilized James Hardie Oblique and cedar cladding materials.

We thoroughly understood the critical aspects of cladding, including weather tightness, nailing specifications, and both horizontal and vertical alignment. Our meticulous attention to these details ensured that we passed all council inspections without any issues. The project was completed successfully, meeting all quality standards and expectations.
