Hi, I will put my hand to most things within a range from decks, pergolas, timber fencing, interior and exterior painting, holes in plaster, to other jobs that people put off. I am not registered or have any qualifications in this area but can build anything that does not need a consent which you can see in my reviews and ratings.
I provide fixed price quotes so you know what you are going to pay upfront and the only way this changes is if you change the scope of works agreed in the fixed price. I have also found that in some cases where a client has agreed a fixed price and it has been significantly less that I have reduced the final invoiced amount. No clients have ever paid more if this happens to be the other way around.
